Mujeeb
Siddiqui, D.O., has over 10 years experience in general surgery and
bariatric procedures — helping people gain new lives through surgical weight
loss.
Dr. Siddiqui did his
undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois.
He attended Kirksville
Osteopathic Medical School and graduated in 1991.
After completing his residency in
General Surgery in 1997, Dr. Siddiqui began a
General Surgery practice in Prestonsburg, Kentucky where he
was Clinical Professor and Chairman of the Division of Surgery at
Pikeville College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He is a credentialed bariatric surgeon who has earned the Center
of Excellence designation for surgeons by the American Society of Bariatric
Surgeons.
He is board certified by the American Osteopathic
Board of Surgery.
Dr. Siddiqui is also a member of
the American Society of Bariatric Surgery
(ASBS).
He is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Board of Surgery and
performs laparoscopic gastric bypasses and lap band procedures as well as other
advanced laparoscopic procedures and general surgeries. As of August 2007, he is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at Wright State University.


Janet Bonnell, RN, BSN has extensive experience in cardiac, vascular and
cardiothoracic nursing.
Before joining Weight Loss Center of Dayton, Janet was the Nurse Educator on
the Surgical/Bariatric unit.
She works closely with Dr. Siddiqui and the bariatric team to coordinate all
phases of the program, both before and after weight loss surgery.
As a surgical weight loss patient, you and your support team will work with
her from your first visit and beyond.

Paul Savard, PA-C has recently joined Weight Loss Center of Dayton as
a physicians assistant.
